CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The attendance fee for VikingPLoP 2002 is 5.650 DKK.
Please note that the conference center does not guarantee
you a place if you register after July 16. You can find
current
exchange rates here.
The attendance fee includes:
- Attending all the writers' workshops
- Pattern presentations and discussions
- Conference proceedings
- Two nights on-site accommodation at Højstrupgård
Slot (arriving Friday 20 September afternoon and
departing Sunday 22 September afternoon)
- All meals, starting with dinner Friday evening and
ending with tea with cake by Sunday afternoon (breakfast,
lunch, dinner, and morning and afternoon tea with cake)
- Moderate free bar in the evenings
- Unique VikingPLoP T-shirt
The fee for each accompanying person is 2.200 DKK.
An accompanying person is, for example, your husband,
wife, girlfriend or boyfriend, who does not participate
in the conference program, but is interested in accompanying
you on this trip. This fee includes two nights on-site
accommodation in the same room as the conference participant,
all meals, and moderate free bar in the evenings. The
fee without lunch is 1.800 DKK. If you have registered
yourself as a conference participant, you can register
one accompanying person any time until September 6.
Extra nights at the conference center: A night at the
conference center after the conference costs 875 DKK
per night for a single room and 1.250 DKK for a
double room (participant and accompanying person), including
breakfast. The number of places after the conference is
very limited. There are no rooms available before the
conference.

Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, and JCB. You should bring
the credit card with you at the conference.

CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS
Registration to VikingPLoP is fully transferable to another
person upon receipt of a request to the conference chairs
(ph@navision.com,
elof@elof.dk).
Cancellations received before or on August 16
will be refunded 50% of the paid amount. Cancellations
received after August 16 and before September 6
will be refunded 10% of the paid amount. Cancellations
received after September 6 cannot be refunded,
but still can be transferred to another person.

and elof@elof.dk. The
e-mail should include your name, address and the registration
number.
CHANGING YOUR REGISTRATION DETAILS
If you have already registered but need to make changes
to your registration, please email the conference chairs
(ph@navision.com
and elof@elof.dk).
Remember to include your registration number.
REGISTER YOURSELF
To register for the conference, please fill in your details
on the form below. Once you have submitted your registration,
a registration confirmation page will be displayed. We
recommend that you print it out for your records.
You'll also need to print and fill out this form (Word,

Registrations will be processed on a first-come/first-served
basis. In the case that we receive more registrations
than spaces, authors will be given priority over non-authors.
